Stéphanie Hamon

Stéphanie Hamon is Head of Legal Operations Consulting at Norton Rose Fulbright, within NRF Transform. Formerly head of Legal Ops at Barclays, where her team won Legal Operations Team of the Year (Legal 500, 2019), she established in 2019 the first Legal Operations consulting practice within a major law firm. She supports General Counsel and Legal Ops heads in defining and executing their transformation strategy.
