Guillaume Decorzent

Guillaume Decorzent is Deputy Director of Merchant Services at the Direction Générale des Entreprises (DGE), within the French Ministry of Economy. A graduate of École polytechnique and École des Ponts, he led European innovation policies at the DGE, then mobile coverage and investment at Arcep.
