Sarah Irwin

Sarah is Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Tines. She provides legal support and advice on all aspects of the business. Sarah's expertise includes commercial, technology and privacy law, corporate and M&A, corporate governance, employment, data protection, cyber security, competition, regulatory and litigation. Sarah is also the founder and chair of Irish Tech General Counsel, a peer support forum set up to connect in-house counsel in Irish technology companies, prevent them from feeling isolated in their day-to-day work and help them become better strategic business leaders.
